Learn about the work of this local charity which rescues equines, rehabilitates them and gives them sanctuary care.
Their founder, Peter Hunt, rescued his first horse in 1947 and established Bransby Horses in 1968. The charity now cares for nearly 1,000 horses, donkeys, ponies and mules (equines). There are around 250 equines on site and over 600 equines in foster homes around the UK.
