The group operates like a reading group - except it's for films. Each month a group member selects a film for everyone to watch then we get together to discuss the film we've seen.
This might include talking about other films in the same genre or on the same subject, or other films with the same lead actor or director.
The films chosen will be available on one of the free streaming platforms such as iPlayer, ITVX, etc.
In addition each member talks briefly about a film they have seen and liked which they would recommend to the rest of the group.
The group's next meeting will be on 19 August and the film we will be watching is North By Northwest, available on BBC iPlayer.
