The Friday Garden Group meets at 10:30 hrs on the 2nd Friday of each month with the exception of December and in January when we usually have our 'Christmas meal'. We go to various gardens of interest locally and within a reasonable travelling distance including NGS gardens.
The costs are - entrance fee to garden plus there may be a charge for tea and coffee but sometimes this is included. The visit usually includes a lunch in the same locality or we have a lunch at a pub/restaurant in the vicinity of the garden visited that day. This is optional whether or not you attend.
We try and arrange a visit usually to a garden that is in the National Garden Scheme. We are happy to take on new members and can be contacted in the usual way.
The group currently has 24 members and could include new interested members.
